Writing philosophy: When I go into any new project I aim to make it as entertaining as possible, to as big an audience it can muster. Sometimes life can be a real drag and I strive to make something that can make someone, even for just a moment, forget about the world and just immerse themselves in something fun.

Nicky Tannenbaum (he/him) is a musician, graphic artist, filmmaker, writer, and tattoo apprentice. Nicky has dozens of obsessions and luckily also a workaholic in terms of making art. While in the midst of making a comic, Nicky is also recording a new record for his band “The Knottie Boys”. The Knottie Boys are known throughout LI for their eye popping artwork and ear popping sound. He also went to college for art and even has a degree to prove it. He writes, directs, plays, and designs most of the band elements including tees, videos, album covers, posters , etc.
